That could change things significantly. Foggy has not been on a wet track since he broke his maiden in November of '04. He won by 7.5 over a field of 8 going 5 furlongs that day, but it is difficult to know if he actually likes the wet stuff or was just SOOOO much classier than those that it didn't matter.
