Remember when Lewis was indicted and the charges were for murder even though the prosecuters knew he wasn't the murderer but used that charge in hopes of getting him to give them the info they needed. In the end, I believe he was only charged with obstruction of justice. I don't know if that was the charge but I know it was much lower than murder. I wonder if this could be a similar kind of situation?
