No need to apologize to us. We can always fall back on that HOY award and the fact that Sunday beat your boy three out of the four times they faced.
Sunday Silence was a lot more more than just a "very nice horse."
He had all the talent of your boy.......but he also had the heart which Easy Goer never did.
I'm not one of those people that talks about "heart" or a horse's "will-to-win" very often, but Sunday is the exception. He had it all.
Then to top it all off.......he kicked Easy Goer's ass in the breeding shed too.
Sunday Silence was and remains, in my opinion, the best 3yo colt since 1979.
