Working with Gordon will make him better? Jeff is a lousy teammate. It's always all about Jeff... this will not bode well IMHO.
While Hendrick technology is the best in NASCAR (right now), the #5 and #25 cars have not been afforded the same luxuries as the 24 and 48. That's a fact.
All of this garbage stems from the COT (which is a disgrace to the sport.) Hendrick is pretty much the only team that has figured it out so far, but it won't be that way forever. NASCAR thinks it is doing what it needs to do to survive. They are attempting to level the playing field with the car of tomorrow and by limiting multi-car team numbers. It ain't working.
I'm ashamed of the direction the sport is heading as are many of the team members involved more intimately with it.
