I remember I gave Papi Chullo a big shot for one of the big 3yo races in Florida even though he was still a maiden. I've felt that the talent was always there but if it's never put together, it's basically useless. It was good to see him do well today and it was a huge step forward, IMO......but when I look at who he beat, and see Hesanoldsalt, AP Arrow and Evening Attire.....it's a little hard to get excited. Outside of Invasor, I don't think there is a single older horse based back east that would scare me out of any race so with that said, he could be a major player in those races u mentioned. But of course, if Invasor isn't in the race, u could probably say just about any horse is a major player.
