www.racingpost.co.uk . Register (it's free, no strings, they just want to be able to trace anybody who attacks the site). On the front page, go to the section marked 'Cards', choose the appropriate date and track, and you will get of list of races for the day. Click on the race you want, and up comes the field, along with some other useful data. Click on each horse to get its individual form. On the individual form pop-ups, you can view the chart of any race by clicking on its date. Very useful.
