Creme Fraiche was very nice closer who you didn't expect to see on the lead in a dirt race. I remember betting him in the Louisiana Derby and watching his furious rally just fall short to Violado. In the Jersey Derby, when Spend a Buck was poised to win that huge bonus, Creme Fraiche must have put some serious fear in the connections of Spend a Bunk with that big move along the rail in the stretch.
