Yeah, me too! I usually am a "wait for the whole story" person, but under the circumstances, and after reading that oddly worded statement... and seeing as how suicide has been used by Enron execs before....
I don't think they legally can go after his money, other than what the estate tax will take. His family is going to continue to live VERY well thanks to his nefarious doings... who says crime doesn't pay?
