He's a toss outside of bottom exotic savers. That's my opinion. If it's a "bad" opinion well that's fine. I don't need someone telling me it is and then offering nothing but half a stand's in retort.
Cheap speed will hold in cheap races and fold in quality races. This is not 100% but I think its a fair statement at just about any track.
