Are you sure? Sunday Break is probably what's being thought of. I'm not sure I ever expected Windward Passage to be a serious contender but maybe 5 years has dulled my memory on that one. It was definitely Sunday Break that the 'exclusion scandal' if you can call it that centered around that year.
