Grey's Anatomy fans
Looks like the spin-off of the series, called Private Practice is a lock to be picked up by the network. Pilot is about done and will be aired as an episode of Grey's...for Buffy fans, it seems certain that Marty Noxon will be the show runner for this spinoff.
