I like Circular Quay as much as the next guy, and I agree that because he has such a strong kick, he's nearly a lock to hit the board, but unless a bunch of jockeys decide to go nuts on the front end, I think he's a tough pill to swallow on top, especially at about 8/1, which he'll be, not 10/1 or 12/1.
