It only took Half Ours a year and a half to recover  That same year a filly was 2nd...I don't think I've ever seen her entered in a race since. Pro Pink was 2nd last year and she has at least made it to the races a few times. Maybe this year a filly will win? |
The ill fated Gallant Secret was 2nd in 2004 (she was pulled up in the Deleware Oaks). The filly, Five Star Holding, was the one who was 2nd behind Half Ours.
