I dont think its totally discipline when simulcasting or I would not do it. I think its my inability to concentrate and juggle more than one thing, getting older.

When live running, it is discipline.

But if I handicap a race at home I dont necessarily have to have money on it to get excited to see if I picked the right horse. I will buy PP's and never go to the track and then look at the results the next day to see 1. if I would have bet 2. if I would have won.
Then later I can look at the replays to see how the race set up, to see if I envisioned it correctly which of course I rarely do. Too much randomness.
