I think to play basketball at SIU you have to be a REALLY good high scool player or a JC transfer and win a scholarship much like goes on at other schools....that's how they "earn" their way onto the team. My guess is they have to "earn" their way into the lineup...pretty much like all the other schools as well. My guess is however, SIU gives out a few b-ball scholarships here and there and most likely most of their players tonight were on them.

Thankyou!!!! These guys are giving there starting jobs at ND because they are good and earn it. At SIU you must have to go through bootcamp to get that job.
