Circular Quay is the barn pet around the T.A.P. shed... Any Given Saturday is the horse Pletcher
wants to win with. When I talked to him Saturday after the race, he was very disappointed. I didn't understand until yesterday why... 'Saturday' now needs to finish 1-2 in the Blue Grass to MAKE the Derby grid. And the way the race is shaping up, that's no certainty... It would be stunning if Any Given Saturday ended up excluded from the Derby.
