Believe it or not they are actually cracking down on them. They instituted testing like a year back and have suspended several people since then, including Orton, so his name hardly comes as a surprise. Obviously there is no test for HGH so it wouldn't surprise me if virtually all of them are still using that. And of course a few will still use roids and find ways to pass the tests like in all the major sports.
