That's so cute about your little daughter, though I'm worried about what her astronomy teacher is telling them...
I think we forget how much we learned when we were that little, though- my grandmother loved telling a story about how, as a four-year-old, she saw me with a book and when I said I was reading it, accused me of lying and made me read it out loud to her to prove it. And, she said, "Darned if you weren't reading." I, of course, have no memory of this whatsoever.
I do remember loving dinosaurs by age 5, but I think that's a rite of passage every 5-year-old goes through.
