Question HELP!!!! A handicapping ?
Say Horse A has a 95 BSF for a mile and Horse B has a 93 BSF for a mile and 1/16, which horse is faster? Is there a rule of thumb to convert (extrapolate?) these figures? Or do I need the final time figures to do the conversion? Please advise. Thanks.
