I guess when a disaster does occur its a good give away for a bunch of building contractors who walk away from jobs. Then they spend it. Something is not right.
Hate to admit it, but I agree with you pgardn. As much as I love the history of New Orleans, the city is sinking and in less than 100 years will be gone (without 100 ft. levis.) It's sad... so much history there. This is an interesting read if you're bored and feel like reading...
