No, dude I had an Irritable Bowel issue which has come and gone and was brought on by stress a few months ago. My stomach never really settled down. Its one of the reasons I take it easy when I drink b/c I really pay for it. You shouldn't get one unless you are having problems till you are in your 40's or have a family history of issues.
