Its like yelling at the airline ticket pass people because the airline itself made a mistake. The person behind the desk is not responsible for the screwed up management or computer glitch. And it is ridiculous to sit there and yell at someone who has not control over the situation. Its very typical of people that dont have a clue about another persons job, and if they do, they really dont care and take their frustrations out on THE WRONG PERSON.

The rent-a-cop coulda used his walkie talkie.
Baffert coulda been more courteous.
Seems to me that this thing got out of hand way too fast.
