I dont think I am qualified enough to state the business likes of Magna, but making a baseless accusation that there was some crime committed on Preakness day is just off the wall. If the horse was injured they would not have put him back in the gate. Even if there was a question. Period. End of story.
What happened to Barbaro was terrible, but it wasn't Magna's fault.
