THIS is Magna and Frank Stronachs way of treating his horse racing customers, with utter contempt for basic amenities. The south clubhouse simulcasting room was gutted and closed with the place empty, probably waiting more slot machines. How can Frank Stronach possibly say that Horseracing is their number one business when they treat their customers in such a shabby manner ? Of course the slots players could have a FREE seat at their machines, while horse players stood shoulder to shoulder trying to keep out of the cold.

I played golf yesterday morning and it was 55 deg and we had a slight bit of rain. Cooler weather doesn't bother me. A couple weeks ago I spent two days in Minneapolis and Chicago. That was freezing.

If you hate being at Gulf, why not just go to Palm Beach Dogs where it's probably easier to find a warm chair and you don't have to put yourself in the position of being insulted or held in contempt?

I'm not bashing you; I've lived down here for 3 years and I just still cannot get over people talking about windchill when it is 60 degrees outside. Starting in May, the high will be 90 and the low will be 80. And it will stay exactly like that every day for 5 months.

I'll enjoy the cool weather while it lasts.
