I did check out Oracles horse and he might have bought him, it just wasn't for IEAH. He probably bought him directly from Ritvo. As for the offshore question, lets just say I have some family members that take bets for a living.
They sometimes try to pawn off bets to the offshore books and they won't take them. Offshore accounts are very sophisticated, they don't allow people to hammer them with wiseguy picks. Do you live in the real world? Yeah, I sound ridiculous but the guy who claims to know people who picked 30 out of 31 doesn't. You can't be that stupid. Can you? Con Artists love you types.
