Sorry if you inferred anything from my post being directed at Manning. That was not my point at all. I was just commenting on what happens to teams that get a quick gift before the offense has even taken the field.

The Colts played very well, and Manning is very good. The best quaterback ever seems like a huge stretch imo. BTW, you said the bears gave it their best. Umm, I don't agree with that, it was not their finest hour. It looked like a sub-par effort from them compared to the rest of the season.

With that said, I reluctantlyagree that the best team won.
