No OTB's...yet. Mountaineer and Charles Town are the two thoroughbred tracks, though it's hard to consider CT in WV...in the eastern panhandle, it's closer to DC and Baltimore than it is anything relavent in the state.
As BTW mentioned, for dog tracks, Cross Lanes (between Charleston and Huntington) and one up near Wheeling (can't think of the name off hand) which is not all that far from Mountaineer.
