pretty much what ya just mentioned...Private contractors are not employees and therefore have no vested relationship to the organization(s) they provide their services to on a daily basis. They (the tracks) should be able to deny anyone at anytime access to their facilities...If the reason for the dismissle is unwarranted, they (the Jocks) have the right to provide their services elsewhere and make someone else rich.
