actually you could blame the guy I work for...one of his first contracts (that he inherited from the previous owner of the business he bought) when he went out on his own was to truck 'waste' from the IBM plant here in Essex to Jersey for 'disposal'...but he's actually sort-of one of the good guys...when He figured out what the actual contract was for he discontinued it...this was all in the 50's and early 60's though...long after the dumping began and long before the dumping ceased (if it even has)....but to make it easier, Blame me
