'nuff said. in no way does this schedule stack up against ANYTHING that other teams in the top ten faced. NO ranked team til the bowl game, and oklahoma was a two game loser this year--and they squeaked by them by ONE point. boise st got way too much credit for their 'perfect' season.
That same Oregon St team that they blew out beat USC so to suggest they played nothing is ridiculous. Besides, do you know how hard it is to schedule a game against a top 25 opponent for them? The BCS schools only play each other or cupcake in-state opponents in their non-conference games. A team like Boise St would love to play USC every year but USC would never put that game on their schedule. Just scoring Oregon St is a pretty big accomplishment for their schedule maker. Of course now that Oregon St lost we'll see if any Pac-10 school ever goes to Boise again. This is the typical response of the BCS conference lovers, look at their schedule. Yet the reality is they try and schedule as difficult of a schedule as they can manage but none of the big name schools want to play a school like Boise St.
