I think they will. Haven't seen any announcement of a cancellation of the bet. As to how much it pays, I expect not much - if I had to guess, I would say that $5 would be generous. The only way I could make a profit it to hit multiple times. My hope is that I will hit it more than once - 4x would not be an unreasonable expectation.
BTW, the 8th could also scratch down to only 4 runners if the MTO's come out later on.
