Exporting Racing Signal Denied: Due to the Texas Racing Commission's refusal to recognize HISA's authority, Lone Star Park cannot export its racing signal to other racetrack and account wagering providers.
Impact on Handle: This denial significantly impacts Lone Star Park's handle (total amount of money wagered), with a reported plunge of $11 million after the July 1, 2022, deadline for HISA compliance."

I had encountered this same issue for the Sam Houston signal last winter. I don't know exactly what is in the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Act (HISA) that is objestionable to the powers that be in Texas.
I always get my PP's "Premium PP's for $1.50" on Brisnet.com
