been reading the goings on, listening to the tv, some (many?) are suggesting:
1-a big shake up in his team.
2-that he's only trying to hold onto what we've got, and in two years turn this mess over to his successor.

so many disappointments already with this admin, it would only be that much worse if they can't finish what they've started, and leave it for others to finish. or at least try to finish.
never seems to be an end in sight.
