I listened to the segment, and the Gal(Lisa?) is trying to do her best. The reality is save the public being made aware of things quickly, which is a good thing; the ticky-tac therapeutic overages are still going to be subject to due process, which is a good thing, and that due process takes time, and HISA nor anyone else can fix that. It will be a win if HISA is funded well and can deter the juicers. The other stuff isn't changing in any significant way IMO
