Church Hill Downs had some good racing on Saturday and our wagerers were able to fill the board.
6 winning tickets were cashed with Zippy getting 3 of them. Digger takes 4th with his bet on Play
Hard in the 8th and wound up $12 to the good. Ruffian who is known for betting the chalk surprised
everyone with a 6-1 winner and when Peacock Lass took the second Ruff got back $187 and 98 cents.
That was good enough for the show spot. Zippy got back on track after a few lean weeks by
hitting 3 winners. He was still a little short of a profit until he hit a big exacta in the finale worth
$150.36. With his other two cashes Zippy pulled in a profit of $122.70. The Church Hill winner
on Saturday was NJ Stinks. England proved very good for his handicapping as NJS went
all in the first race and held off all the American based punters and recorded his 5th win of the
year. Edge of Glory was NJ Stinks horse of choice and the overall $2 return was $11.20 good
enough for a profit of $180 and the win. Nicely played NJS. Congrats on the win. Following are
