Don't be intellectually dishonest with us. Two years ago this was talked about. Budgets for 2020 where already done and since it was mid year budgets for 2021 were already being worked on. That is how things work Tom. If you disagree please provide evidence of towns who implemented this in June 2020 and we are two years into implementation.
