Use ONLY the regular LO'L deli sliced American.
EL CAPORAL-STYLE QUESO DIP!
1# Land O' Lakes American Cheese, chopped
1C Half & Half
4oz. Diced Jalapenos
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp ea. Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper
Dash or two Chili Powder
Melt cheese & half & half in double boiler or saucepan in larger pot of simmering water. Once smooth, add jalapenos, stir. Add spices, mix well. Serve hot with restaurant style tortilla chips or over nachos.
