Saratoga on Saturday provided our group with a few winners on Saturday with two players cashing
decent tickets and hitting the board. The race to the wire was competitive and only $15 separated
the top two. Don Guido went the exacta route in the Travers Stakes and when Caracaro finished
second behind the probable Derby favorite Tiz the Law, Don got back $195 and took the place slot.
It just didn't pay enough to catch the smooth sailing Cruzan. In race 8, a turf sprint, Cruzan put
his money on American Sailor and got back a $16.80 mutuel. The double digit winner provided
Cruzan with a $210 return and the win. Congrats Cruzan. Nicely played. Here are the unofficial
