This is the television schedule over the Fox networks through June 14th. If your objection is about June 5th or June 12th between 2:20pm and 4:30pm, remember that Fox paid millions to broadcast the Bundesliga as counter programming to NBC/NBCSN owning the US rights to the EPL. The season should already be over (done around US Memorial Day), but has been extended to June 27th due to COVID-19.

5-Jun, 1:00 - 2:20 pm FS2, 4:30 - 6:30 pm FS2
6-Jun, 2:30 - 3:00 pm FS2, 3:00 - 8:00 pm FS1
7-Jun, 1:00 - 2:00 pm FS2, 2:00 - 6:00 pm FS1, 6:00 - 6:30 pm FS2
11-Jun, 1:00 - 6:00 pm FS2
12-Jun, 1:00 -*2:20*pm FS2, 4:30 - 6:30 pm FS2
13-Jun, 1:00 - 6:30 pm FS1
14-Jun, 2:00 - 2:30 pm FS2, 2:30 - 6:00 pm FS1

For the missing two hours on Fridays in June, [1] use NYRABets for live video .... [2] or the live YouTube link .... [3] or the video link from your platform provider ... [4] or an RTN feed .... [6] or NYRANow over Roku (which I also use) .... [7] or another internet/TV integration device .... [8] or just break out the Dyson for two hours of housework.

This is precisely why you should applaud NYRA's owning and and producing its is own national signal. TVG has competing priorities and non-NYRA preferred partner tracks which creates their own conflicts with major circuits.

This is where we move into business decisions and I do not see the NYRA books. A reasonable guess would be that with the whole season in front of the NYRA production and with the additional exclusive content available through Churchill on Fox, the direct wagering revenue from TVG was no longer considered substantive ... or at least no longer the deciding element in the business equation.
