You just know that your trifecta isn't going to work out when the horse you have made your key (#3 Kreah's Ribbon) makes an abrupt right hand turn coming out of the starting gate and then refuses to run. She must have forgotten how to be a racehorse during her long layoff.
At least there wasn't any drawn out suspense; "they're off.. you lose."
