While I might be in the minority, I am very sorry to learn that the Board has accepted Kay's resignation. Kay had restored a sense of business order to NYRA and established a vision and path with others to build the frachise. An outsider in a closed world, hopefully he imparted some business management style into the team - which is how I saw him leading as a customer. If this resignation is over the usage of NYRA resources to work on Kay's Saratoga residence, that would be a crying shame on many fronts none the least of which would be the legacy of his good work in rebuilding the NYRA franchise.
