Is there a speed difference between inner track and main track? Let's see if I can make sense here... is a horse going same distance going to be faster or slower racing on the main track.
Am I making sense? I'm trying to handicap 11th at GSP today (Ft. Lauderdale S.)
Do you even compare times, or am I going to end up confusing myself?
