The Saratoga DQ was maybe a coin toss......I think.
I can see both sides on that one.
Perhaps the tightness of the photo led to the stewards final decision.
On the other hand......the stewards let more go in New York,so the DQ might be considered out of character for that circuit.
Either way.
FWIW: I remember watching the the race inquiry at the track...….most of the people(myself included)thought the Asmussen runner would stay up.
