I don't know all that much about the case but from what I've seen it doesn't seem like there is any case against these guys. There is no evidence that they did anything. It looks like the prosecutor is just a really stubborn guy who doesn't want to admit that he made a mistake. I don't balme him for taking the accuser very seriously at first. But when her story keeps changing and there is no evidence that supports her claims, it is time to drop the charges.
