#3 Woman At the Well (5-1 - Best tactics might be to take back and hope the others get into a pace duel.

R8 - Curribot Handicap 75k

#2 Pain and Misery (12-1) - He's capable of firing a big one and the ideal post allows Juarez to save all the ground.
#7 Looks to Spare (5-1) - Going in the right direction and the pace scenario looks to be in his favor today.
#9 Forest Mouse (4-1) - Consistent runner still firing at 10yrs old and will probably sit right off the pace throughout.
#8 Sky Defense (9-2) - If able to relax on the front end, he can definitely prove tough to reel in late.
#4 Blue Azul (3-1) - Coming off a top effort and a slight regression is expected. A repeat obviously wins this.

R9 - Mine That Bird Derby 100k

#4 Runaway Ghost (3-1) - Took charge and never looked back with what looked like plenty left in the tank. Not triple crown nominated.
#1 Reride (5-2) - Asmussen knows how to spot them and this Winchell home bred is eligible to wake in this spot.
#8 Trooper (20-1) - Seems like the kind of price runner you want to include underneath because the top two standout.
#2 Beautiful Game (4-1) - No match for top choice in most recent, but must be considered underneath Asmussen.
