Brian,
The thing that is good about that track (Mountaineer), is the field sizes are always really good, no matter what the weather is like. They race practically year-round there, and it rains/snows a lot there. When that happens, the horses don't scratch much, and most have wet-form.

This is seriously one track where I never want them to get Poly, because most horses have pretty good wet-form, which makes for good betting even in bad conditions.
