There was a web page that had links to old Derby, Preakness and Belmont DRF ; PDF Past Performances and results charts for each race...or something like them.
Wasn't a real fancy page - but you could go year by year for the TC races and click on the race to get PPs, charts, etc..in DRF and Equibase.
In the off chance someone has any clue about this probably random site - could they post it here.
