Ummmm...maybe cuz it's not. If elected [bawhawhaw], she will be the first president sworn in while still under Federal investigation. Her entire presidency will be compromised. It's not going to happen. Her corruption isn't somehow going to be undone with 36 hours til the poles open as a result of this *non-letter* letter. But good luck.
