Now thats from march, so there have been several other changes since then of course. How can anyone believe him, when he doesnt even believe himself? This is what happens when someone is a liar. They cannot keep the lies straight. Also what happens when someone has given zero thought to a position, on anything. He stands for nothing, and will fall for anything.
