Not surprising. Big reason why this stuff will continue to happen.
I dvr'd it. It's possible he didn't move the horse over and it happened naturally. That would fall on upper body weakness (He is 8% at the meet).
He's just an awful rider. More concerned to his outside with the 8 and let the rail open for the favorite.
